Waitlist privacy notice

Glosswork is run by Heavylift Labs LLC. There is no product to buy yet and there are no terms of service yet, so this notice covers one thing only: the hosted waitlist form at /waitlist.

What we collect

Two things, and nothing else:

We do not ask your name, your employer, your job title, your country, or what you would pay. The form sets no cookie. There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, and no advertising network.

What we do with it

We write to you once, when hosted workspaces open. We may write again if that date moves.

We use your address for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not send a newsletter or any other unrelated email to it.

Who else is involved

This site is served for us by Cloudflare, as almost every site is served by another company. Cloudflare handles the request, so it sees your IP address and which page you asked for, in the ordinary course of serving any web page, and it handles that as its own privacy policy describes. We do not store your IP address and we do not log it anywhere of our own.

The form is protected from bots by a bot check that Cloudflare runs. It tells us one thing about your submission: pass or fail. It tells us nothing about you.

Your email address is stored for us by that company too, under our account, and nobody outside Heavylift Labs LLC is given it.

How long we keep it

Until hosted workspaces have opened and we have written to you, and no more than twelve months after you join, whichever comes first. After that the row is deleted. If you ask to be removed we delete it straight away.

Changing or deleting what we hold

Write to hello@glosswork.dev from the address you signed up with, and say what you want. We will send you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting it takes your address off the list, so we will not write to you when hosted opens.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes before hosted opens, the version on glosswork.dev/waitlist-privacy is the one that applies, and it carries the date it changed.
